Direct people to the official website — let them make their own informed decision.
Keep your referral link up to date and test it periodically.
Follow all applicable advertising laws in your jurisdiction.

DON'Ts
Never make medical claims. Body Clock is a wellness and lifestyle tool, not a medical device or treatment.
Never claim Body Clock can diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Never guarantee specific health outcomes, weight loss, or physical results.
Never hide or obscure your affiliate/referral relationship — this violates FTC guidelines.
Never use Body Clock logos, trademarks, or brand assets without written permission.
Never send unsolicited bulk emails (spam) promoting your referral link.
Never bid on "Body Clock" or "Body Clock Pro" as paid search keywords.
Never create fake reviews, testimonials, or social proof.
Never misrepresent the product, its pricing, or its features.
Never condition treatment recommendations, training plans, or professional advice on whether a client uses Body Clock.
FTC COMPLIANCE
Disclosure Requirements
The FTC requires clear and conspicuous disclosure
Under the FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), you must clearly disclose any material connection between you and Body Clock when recommending our products. This includes referral commissions, free access, or any other compensation.
Your disclosure must be clear, conspicuous, and hard to miss. It should appear:
- Before or alongside your referral link — not buried at the bottom of a page

Violations & Termination
Whole Brain Corp Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate any referral partnership at any time for violations of these guidelines, including but not limited to:
- Making medical claims about Body Clock products
- Failing to disclose your referral relationship
- Sending unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
- Misrepresenting Body Clock products, pricing, or capabilities
- Using Body Clock brand assets without authorization
- Any activity that damages the Body Clock brand or reputation
Upon termination, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited and your referral links will be deactivated.
