1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Body Clock Pro (the "Service"), operated by Whole Brain Corp Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Body Clock Pro provides circadian rhythm assessments, chronotype identification, and personalized Body Clock Codes including meal timing, workout windows, supplement schedules, and organ clock insights. The Service includes free assessments and paid subscription tiers.
The Service is available at thebodyclockpro.com and related subdomains. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Paid Services and Billing
Body Clock Code ($29 one-time fee): A single payment grants access to your personalized Body Clock Code, including daily schedule, meal plan, workout timing, supplement guide, organ clock insights, and gender-specific tips. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Monthly Refresh ($10/month): An optional recurring subscription providing updated meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, and seasonal blueprint adjustments. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Coach Pro ($79/month or $768/year): A recurring subscription for health and fitness professionals, including client management, AI blueprint generation, white-label reports, and up to 50 client slots. You may cancel at any time.
All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
5. Refund Policy
All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 30 days of your purchase, contact [email protected] for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
For recurring subscriptions (Monthly Refresh, Coach Pro), cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless within the 30-day guarantee window.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Share, resell, or redistribute blueprints or reports generated by the Service without authorization
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations or abuse free trials
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without written permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software — are owned by Whole Brain Corp Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your personalized Body Clock Code is generated for your personal use (or for your clients' use under Coach Pro). You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display it for commercial purposes beyond your direct client relationships without written permission.
8. User-Generated Data
By using the Service, you grant Whole Brain Corp Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, aggregate, anonymize, and commercially exploit anonymized and aggregated data derived from your use of the Service, including for research, product development, marketing, and partnerships. We do not sell personally identifiable information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Coach Pro — Additional Terms
Coach Pro users may generate protocols for their clients or patients. You are responsible for your professional relationship with your clients. Body Clock Pro is a tool — it does not replace your professional judgment. You agree not to represent Body Clock Pro-generated protocols as solely your own original work without attribution. White-label reports may carry your branding but must not remove or obscure the underlying Body Clock Pro source where legally required.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHOLE BRAIN CORP INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Whole Brain Corp Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida, except where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
